I have gotten SO spoiled. I truly believe that all Christmas presents should be rectilinear, and that no present should ever be so big in any direction that it can't be encircled by whatever wrapping paper I have handy. And I get REALLY pathetic and whiny when that's not the case.

O, my geometry! Why hast thou forsaken me? Sod it, extra bits of paper and half a roll of scotch tape it is.

(Now where the heck am I gonna hide this thing for the next 5 days?)

You think YOU got it bad- I gotta find a way to wrap an 18" stuffed swedish chef for my 2.5yo nephew. Skooshy AND with limbs and hat and....

Okay, you win. Did I mention I'm really spoiled?

I did manage to avoid copping out and using a gift bag to wrap something which is, essentially, a bag itself. I thought that would be a bit too meta, in addition to cheating. (Even found a place to hide it!)
