stupid mood swings

I seem to have narrowed it down: when I eat bread, I have annoying mood swings. (There may also be a tenuous exercise connection, wherein when I knock myself out aerobically at the gym, I then have mood swings that annoy everyone around me.)
This could really put a dent in traditional methods of disposing of leftover turkey. Bummer.

(2) Turkey in cornstarch thickened gravy over rice or mashed potatoes.
(3) Gluten-free bread (available at Trader Joes -- they have a rice-almond bread -- or Whole Paychek)
(4) Turkey wraps made in corn tortilla

(7) TURKEY CURRY! (Apparently quite the Boxing day cliché in the UK.)
(8) Turkey with a side of turkey, should we decide to go on the Atkins again.
(9) Turkey with mayo accompanied by a green salad.
