dianec42And in tonight's column of Things I Never Would Have Thought Possible... I think the reason I'm not losing any weight on the low-carb diet this time around is that I'm not eating enough meat.
Eggs and cheese are great. Little fishies out of a tin, also wonderful. But most of my actual "meat" intake these days seems to be in the form of pepperoni, hot dogs, and other such processed monstrosities. Eww.

stuartc is working late. (And maybe get some of that smoked salmon out of the freezer. Mmm fishies...)
