I tend to leave work around 6:30 on an evening. Lately there have been a few evenings when the sky has still held a tiny streak of sunset glow if you just look in the right spot. However, Monday evening it was distinctly Not Dark Yet when I left the office; and last night about half of the sky was still a lovely medium blue! It gives me hope that the Sun will come back to stay for a while.

In other random news, I long for the logic and sense of Boston traffic. Seriously. Here, it's all just completely RANDOM.

I know what you mean about the evening light. Yesterday [livejournal.com profile] ormsweird and I were quite surprised to see that at quarter past six it was not dark yet. Thank goodness. Back to feeling normal soon.

As to traffic-- I noticed it only got worse from about 1993 or so when we had a whole boat load of East coasters migrate to California in a short space of time. ;P

Eep! I will take that as a warning to avoid California at all costs :).

Since Monday, we had an accumulation of almost a foot of snow. And the report says there will be snow flurries or snow showers today and tomorrow.

What Spring?

No spring in Aberdeen either - we're having a snowstorm even as I type.
