The view at sunset

The sky fades from bright blue, through various pinks and purples back around to blue (albeit a much daker shade). The palm trees in the foreground stand out in stunning black silhouette. Gradually, as the sky fades through inky blue to nearly black, the pale haze of yellow ground lighting that is LA springs up to keep the palm trees backlit. It's absolutely gorgeous.
And that, kids, is the view from MY office window. (Sunset even comes at the eminently reasonable hour of 5 PM these days.) So there.
