That looks awesome but now I'm wondering if I missed some story about the teddy bear?

The local quilting guild participates in a program for kids entering the court system. (Not as, like, defendants or anything. I admit I am fuzzy on the details of this part.) Basically there's a big closet of teddy bears with quilts and the kids get to pick one to have with them. It makes them feel safe(r) and comforted.

I should really look up the exact program, I feel like I've explained that poorly.

Anyway, it was a good practice project to learn skills, *and* it's actually useful to someone else. Win-win.
