I am a perfectionist

I've been seeing some things going 'round Facebook like "I am a people pleaser" and they kind of hit me a little bit. I don't know if they have one for "I am a perfectionist", but if they do it's probably wrong. :P So here's mine.
I am a perfectionist.
As a child, I was more likely to get attention for doing things wrong than for doing things right.
I was made to feel stupid for asking questions or exploring alternatives.
Maybe I had an overbearing sibling; or a teacher or parent on a power trip; maybe I just have an unusual thought process.
I learned to hide mistakes.
I learned never to ask questions or ask for help.
I learned not to raise my hand unless I was 110% sure I had the right answer.
I stopped trying new things because "what if I'm not good at it?" To me, failure equals disgrace.
I have unreasonably high standards of myself and others.
I get angry and defensive when someone shows that I'm wrong.
I would rather sit on my ass playing video games than make something meaningful of my life, because with the video games I can actually win.
