I have *no* idea what they mean.

I much prefer the official Geek Test (http://www.innergeek.us/). The one where I score well over 60% and am referred to as a "Geek God".

Nothing wrong with n-meta-geekiness. It just shows an appropriate appreciation of the complexity of the situation.
