Bizarre LJ behaviour

Has anyone else noticed LJ randomly time stamping some posts as GMT rather than local time? Or am I just special again?

I saw one that was off, but thought it was sorta on purpose since he was talking about his long day at that he had a 9am (their time) phone meeting with the UK.
