I set the rowing machine to easy mode and did 30 minutes. Spent another 30 minute mostly working out and partly messing around trying stuff. Tried the pull-up assist machine, as the weight stack was in a somewhat normal-looking configuration for once — that thing is apparently designed for people MUCH taller than myself. Well, I shall have to get the personal trainer to instruct me in its proper use. (-:
When the hell I'm going to have time to even call him, let alone skip out of the office early for a training session, is anyone's guess. Work continues in its insanity; every little thing that should take 5 minutes has been taking half an hour, and then some.
Am considering going back the old-fashioned paper notebook method of recording food & exercise. Optionally recording really nasty chemically stuff in red (like diet Cokes and Atkins bars and stuff). Just for my own amusement of course.
