I just ran to the gym, and boy are my legs tired

I was going to title this "Welcome to America, where we always try to park as close to the gym as possible", but we did that in Scotland too, so nyah.

OMG am I out of shape. Oh well, gotta start somewhere.

Meanwhile I am being hassled by a kitten with a lampshade on her head. Sigh, time to take it off for a few minutes and let the princess have a wash... more later.
