random thoughts on a morning
Aug. 4th, 2004 10:09 amI feel an irresistable urge to go read both "Dude, Where's My Country?" and "Who Moved My Cheese?" just so I can write a book called "Dude, Where's My Cheese?".
I think the thing I like best about live sporting events is that when you shout at the players, they might actually hear you. (The umpire might hear you too, but it's his job not to care. (That was a STRIKE! Whattaya, BLIND?!))
Next time I'm going to bring some real food to nosh on though. Two of those low carb Power Bar thingies, and I'm not sure my stomach will ever forgive me. Also next time, we're both determined to get there earlier, and not let anyone else be in charge of our tickets. Apparently some exciting things happened in the first 3 innings...
