I'm so sad. She was in poor health for the last few years but in some ways she seemed to be doing better.
2 of the last 3 times I saw her involved the death of our friend Marc. My friends need to stop dying so young. I still regret not snapping a photo of the trifecta of purple Tevas Erica and Laurie and I were wearing at Marc's memorial. I thought we would have another chance later.

No easy way to say this. RIP Erica Ginter, 1956-2022. We went to the grocery store after her cardiology appointment, she collapsed, and it was over. Lydia and I are still trying to get our heads around it all.
No public service, we may do some kind of memorial at some time in the future (perhaps a local con).
