Neckbands always need to be stretched. It literally pulls the shirt together. Unfortunately, the twisty maze of instructions I followed never actually included "STRETCH IT NOW!" so I missed that part entirely.
Still, the first 3 of anything are for practice. The fact that this is wearable at all is astonishing.
