Butterfly bookmark
From Donna Kooler's Great Cross Stitch Gifts. I had to change almost all of the colors to stuff I actually had in my stash, and blended normal floss with DMC Light Effects for the sparkly bits of the butterfly. It's a gift for my soon-to-be-ex minion at the job I'm leaving. I hope she likes it!
Small finish

That's not little! That looks very involved, especially with switching out colors, something I've never tried to do.

It's smaller than most things I've been doing. It was a challenge finding out what some of those colors were SUPPOSED to be so I could make something up to substitute. The web is full of many things, but it does not display purples very accurately. :D

She loved it. Yay! (I warned her not to iron the sparkly bits.)

It's lovely... but it's not Art Deco.
