I have been concentrating on the aerobics stuff. For at least 20 minutes every day, aiming at 30. This morning I completed the 20 minute free run. Over 2.5 Wii miles. Some morning I do the advanced step program 3 or 4 times. I feel good, but some days I wonder if I'm nuts. Especially at 6:15am when I'm turning the thing on.
