dianec42I went to the gym last night and did not actually knock myself out. Yay me.
Am considering options for home workouts, now that there's a bit of extra daylight and we have (due to Various Drama) exclusive use of the back yard. Hmm.
Also going to have to go back on the low carb thing soon. Scale numbers are staying too high to ignore, and trousers have also chimed in with derogatory comments. Sigh.
