Date: 2006-11-07 04:17 am (UTC)The gencon article I saw mentioned codes on the cards for things in game... provided it's for fluff items, not a problem, but once the mechanism is in place, I don't see why they wouldn't keep raising the bar until choice equipment is only available by buying collectible cards, instead of through, oh here's a crazy thought, playing the game.

There is even a website (who woulda thunk it on the Internet) where different shows are rated for their Jump The Shark moments.
