I went to the gym this evening, after a 6-day gap. Which is less than the 2-week gap prior to the last time, but still more of a gap than there should be.
I did not do my usual 30 minutes of varying hill on the treadmill; I did 20 minutes of that, then 10 minutes lowering the slope gradually to flat. Then I did (jog 1 minute + walk 1 minute) 5 times, for a grand total of 40 minutes on the treadmill. There were also some weights and ab stuffs in there as well.
I feel MUCH better.

Date: 2006-10-26 10:46 pm (UTC)I know that when NORMAL people go to the gym 3 times a week, they tend to space it out more, but I figure going 3 days in a row is better than NOT doing it...
I need a gym icon.
