"You are overcome with boredom. Oh, the drudgery!"

So I got my spiffy workout from the nice personal trainer guy... last December. With very little modification, I've been doing the same workout for like 9 or 10 months now. I've filled up 2 sets of the big sheets where you keep track of what weights you did and when.

I am SO BORED. Can anyone recommend a good book / magazine / web site / whatever, for designing one's workouts? We have a copy of "Workouts for Dummies" and the corresponding Complete Idiot at home, but I seem to recall they are EXTREMELY light on guidance as to putting it all together.

Any useful and/or amusing pointers would be most appreciated.

Did you consider making *another* appointment with the personal trainer guy and telling him you want a new set of exercises....? :)

I am considering it. They seem to be going through trainers like mad — doubt the same guy is still even there.
