So I got my spiffy workout from the nice personal trainer guy... last December. With very little modification, I've been doing the same workout for like 9 or 10 months now. I've filled up 2 sets of the big sheets where you keep track of what weights you did and when.
I am SO BORED. Can anyone recommend a good book / magazine / web site / whatever, for designing one's workouts? We have a copy of "Workouts for Dummies" and the corresponding Complete Idiot at home, but I seem to recall they are EXTREMELY light on guidance as to putting it all together.
Any useful and/or amusing pointers would be most appreciated.
