Whoa. Slow news day?
Jul. 20th, 2006 02:04 pm Numbers cut through blogging hype
"Bloggers write about personal experience and hobbies rather than traditional news, two surveys find..."
Gosh! Really? I never knew. Here, let me show you a picture of my cat.
Bush 'out of touch' on stem cells
Okay, this isn't exactly news to most of us. But it is nice to see the mainstream media pointing fingers.
In the "Don't you people ever give up?" department, we have this:
Virtual worlds to test telepathy
"A virtual world designed to test human telepathy has been demonstrated at the University of Manchester, UK..."
And finally, I just found this one amusing for no good reason:
Surgery for blanket-eating python
"Houdini the Burmese python gave his owner a shock after swallowing a queen-size electric blanket, including the electrical cord and control box..."
Now that's determination. Or something.
