dianec42The weekend was pretty much a total wash, exercise-wise. We cleared out the storage cube on Saturday, but that didn't really count as heavy lifting (and was not in any way aerobic). Sunday's vague plans to go hiking were derailed by various circumstances.
Am going to make it to the gym tonight, dammit. No idea what I'll do once I'm there of course. It's been... a while.
In other news, the weather has gone from deluges of UK-like proportions to... really darned nice! Surprise! (The little fluffy clouds might be re-congealing into something more aggressive. I should enjoy this while it lasts.)
