Look, 45 minutes of drizzle does not mean it "rained", and I don't give a damn if it is southern California. We just got hail, and currently the winds are gusting to about 70 kph...
Our rain appears to have found its way back to us, and is planning a lengthy stay this week. Perhaps someone else's rain has wandered into your vicinity?
Apparently some of the local ski resorts have had record snowfalls. I realise that's not technically LA at that point; but no thanks, we've already got some. (It's-a verry nice.)
The sun actually came out this morning, and I made the mistake of saying "It feels like spring!" 10 minutes later it was raining. Now the sun's out again.

Dear LA,
If we take your rain, will you take our snow?

I want my money back...
