I've made it to the gym TWICE this week! Yay me.
(Have I mentioned I have a cunning plan? If I go to the gym one day a week in January, and two days a week in February... by December I will be going to the gym 12 days a week! Yay!)
Oddly, my legs aren't aching like they were after the last time I did the leg workouts. Time to up the weights.
If I ever actually start going to the gym 3 times a week, I'm either going to have to buy more gym pants or do laundry WAY more often. I'm just not putting up with the shorts any more for some reason. Yay for an excuse to go shopping. (And I still wish Trinny and Susannah would do a "What Not to Wear" book with a chapter about what not to wear at the gym. I'd buy copies and leave them in the locker room. Possibly follow up with a poster campaign.)

I think I'll end up dancing two nights a week then going to the gyn two (maybe three) nights a week :)
