Tom Jones is still the sexiest man alive

No idea how the man does it. He's got to be at least as old as my dad. Perhaps he has a portrait in the attic somewhere.

Busy day

Yelled at the dragon boat team in the morning. Also got to watch our beloved coach fall off the boat, which was hilarious. Zoomed home, took a shower, out for errands and a Dodger game sponsored by work. Got to hang out with Dan and Kate for a bit, always fun. Kate hadn't seen me since the Christmas party and seems to think I've lost a lot of weight. Perhaps I have. Recent lack of progress has sort of blinded me to progress I've made in the past.

The Dodgers were losing desperately badly so we took off in the middle of the 9th. I shall be most embarrassed if they came back to win. (Oh look, they lost 6-1. I feel vindicated and depressed at the same time.)

Soooooo hot. It better not be this hot for the dragon boat races next weekend, damn it.
