I have an idea for the next trendy diet!
"The Post-It Diet" -- You have to keep track of everything you eat, on a 2" by 2" post-it. Once the post-it is full, you can't eat anything else that day.
I wonder if 3M would endorse using the Post-It(tm) name... (-:
