Has it really only been 5 days since we played at the Christmas party? Seems a lifetime ago...

I am currently being eaten alive by holiday stress. Apparently I was so busy stressing out about the Christmas party that I didn't make time to actually stress out about Christmas. And now there are eleventy million things to do!

Can I just hide under the covers until January please? Or maybe spring?

Join with me in a cheerful denial that it is the holiday season.
It can't be December; there's no snow and I don't have to wear a coat to go outside. Clearly, this is a persuasive mass delusion.

Or maybe I need to start panicking and shopping and wrapping and shipping... Ah, the joy of weekends!

I survived the post office today... no way was I going tomorrow! Still have some stuff to ship to the 'rents in Hawaii though, ugh. Hates the post office, hates it we does.

Shopping this weekend. Whee, I can hardly wait. I'm very pleased that I've learned to manage stress by getting other people to drive whenever I'm in a group situation. (You haven't seen crazy...)

Must make lists and things. Ugh, ugh, ugh. I love giving people presents, but hate doing it to a deadline.
