Despite having looked it up on Google Maps twice, I didn't realise the Torrance Togo's was right next to Trader Joe's and the guitar shop until I got there and had an "OH! We're HERE!" moment.

While I enjoy these moments of discovery and wonderment, I often really wish I could have them sooner in the process.

Thanks for the recommendation, cahwyguy! I had the #24, avocado and turkey, and I swear I've never eaten that much guacamole in one sitting in my life! Good stuff, I will definitely be going back.

I will try these at some point. I am always antsy at ordering things that aren't prominently displayed on the big boards, at least my first time in a new place. But I grabbed a printed menu so next time I will be more prepared.

I will warn you, I have very high cranberry standards, as my husband is an excellent cook.

I actually like the turkey, salami, and cheese more. The cranberry and turkey is nice for a change of pace (and lower fat).

A sub shop, a la Quizno's or Subway, but with much better subs. They are all over Southern California; I don't know how far they extend.
