stuartc and I celebrated this last night, with just the right number of pancakes, adorned with everything from black currant jam to maple syrup to Nutella.
I'm feeling oddly euphoric this morning. Quite probably because the kitchen still smells of pancakes.
edit: Apparently you can't really use HTML in the subject line. That was meant to say "Fat Carb Tuesday" but just looked stupid when the strikeout failed to show up. Ho hum.
