stupid mood swings

I seem to have narrowed it down: when I eat bread, I have annoying mood swings. (There may also be a tenuous exercise connection, wherein when I knock myself out aerobically at the gym, I then have mood swings that annoy everyone around me.)

This could really put a dent in traditional methods of disposing of leftover turkey. Bummer.

Nonsense.

(1) A turkey-noodle casserole using rice noodles.

(2) Turkey in cornstarch thickened gravy over rice or mashed potatoes.

(3) Gluten-free bread (available at Trader Joes -- they have a rice-almond bread -- or Whole Paychek)

(4) Turkey wraps made in corn tortilla

Those are just off the top of my head.

Hey, I just said the *traditional* methods would be dented. By which I meant turkey and stuffing sandwiches.

"Eating" can be regarded as the main traditional method, but I wanted to be a bit more specific...

Here's a few more:

(5) Turkey stir-fry.
(6) Turkey omelettes.
(7) TURKEY CURRY! (Apparently quite the Boxing day cliché in the UK.)
(8) Turkey with a side of turkey, should we decide to go on the Atkins again.
(9) Turkey with mayo accompanied by a green salad.

Darn you all. I'm hungry now!
