OMG, it's Wii Fit for grownups!

No yoga, but the rest of the exercises are damned impressive. My squat muscles are sore already. (-:

Been watching for that with some interest, it looks very promising.

The Wii Fit drives me NUTS with the inability to set up a routine and let it go. Would love to hear your thoughts on it overall (besides the sore part (-: )

I'm sure I'll have updates over the next few weeks. You can definitely set up routines (or use the premade ones). I've been watching the tutorials so I don't know how smooth the transitions normally are, but it's gotta be better than the "forward, back, loading screen, hit 'A' at random warning" shuffle on the Wii Fit. :)

And the trainer is less annoying! Yaaaaaaaay!

Please let me know how it goes and is like. I've enjoyed the Wii Fit - and I did get My Fitness Coach, but have only done it once. The first 30 minute workout focused on 'core' did squats and lunges that killed my thighs for days.

something in between that uses the balance board would be fun - and that included weight recommendations. I need to start doing weight-lifting/strength-building.
