Today I'm wearing my comfy el-cheapo tall boots that I've had for like a year, plus moderately new jeans and a super cute top. So of course I got a compliment on... the boots.
I think sometimes the fear of 'harrassment at the work place' may inhibit some to make comments that are too personal. A top is dangerous territory, boots are slightly safer.
(I tried to reply to this earlier, but LJ ate it…) This was one of the women, and technically we were outside at the time. So I think it was just random. (-:
