Argh.

I don't wanna go to the gym tonight either. Someone please encourage me...

EDIT: Please do not encourage my husband, however.

you're right. Don't bother. Play WoW instead.

Oh. You mean encourage you to go. Sorry. My bad.

There are hot guys at the guys nowhere near as snarky as that at the gym.

[identity profile] dianec42.livejournal.com 2006-08-04 01:14 am (UTC)(link)
Only women are ever snarky at the gym. Men at the gym are forbidden to communicate, at least with strange women.

Darn it, I hope Insane Treadmill Guy isn't going to drown out the radio again...

I'm sure you normally claim I'm encouragable. Or something that sounds very similar.

Re: working out. I look forward to listening to loud/groovy tunes and how good I feel afterward. My muscles are all wobbly (as opposed to tense and hurty) :).

Endorphin rush! ;)

Why go to the gym when there's plenty of WoW to play?

[identity profile] dianec42.livejournal.com 2006-08-04 11:19 pm (UTC)(link)
There is an infinite amount of WoW to play. At the moment, most of it seems to involve getting killed in Un'Goro Crater so many times that I could just BUY ten morrowgrain on the auction house for what my repair bill will be.

Hey, I know! I need to hook my laptop to a treadmill so I can exercise and play WoW at the same time!

Except I'm so uncoordinated I'd probably hurt myself severely falling off the treadmill the first time a devilsaur sneaks up on me. Tricky...

Get a free flowing treadmill such that when you walk forward your character walks forward, and backward you go backward. Then hook it up to a TV, with some buttons on the grip. Maybe get one of those gryoscope mice attach to your head so when you look right and left it points those directions.

AT least that way walking to quest locations you'd actually have to do the walking right? :)

Hee hee! "WoW WoW Revolution"!

If I actually have to do that spinning-around thing when my warrior does a sunder armor, though, I am DEFINITELY going to hurt myself.

Or just get a track ball that can support a person.. :)

Uh, no.. though if you had a stick with a sensor on it, and you'd have to swing it to attack that might be good too.

Then again I play a cheap-as-free MMORPG so what do I know? O_o

Probably not a good idea... then I'd be able to knock OTHER people out too, and then who's going to drive ME to the hospital when I hurt myself?

Besides, I'd just switch to playing my mage at that point. Just stand there and zap stuff! Sooooo lazy.

it's not too late

It's only like 8:00p your time, plenty of time to go to the gym.

My suggestion, listen to the news (BBC is particularly good). When you hear all the stupid stuff going on in the world, you'll get really angry and get a great workout!

Feh, I need to go to bed.

Listening to the Most Annoying Radio Commercials In The Universe didn't actually help. No matter how fast I go on the rowing machine, KROQ still manages to keep up with me.

I did go. And it did feel really good when I stopped. That's something, I guess.

Go to the gym! How else are you going to keep your butt cute? (For your *snif* husband, that is.)
