I cut my finger in the middle of a car repair job and used a sealant spray so I could continue working. I don't recall the brand, but it was right there with the bandaids in the store. They also had medical grade super glue that should work well if there's something to be glued together. (my injury was more if a deep scrape)

I've been told that regular super glue works fine too.
