nearly getting settled in...

So we looked at 5 different houses for rent today... 3 of them were quite nice, one was big but strange, and one was kind of sad and small. It's frightening how fast they seem to go, even this time of year. One of them had the most amazing garden I've ever seen; we're meeting with the owner far too early tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed...

Pictures, pictures, we want pictures...

Well, we met with the landlady this morning, and didn't want to freak her out by bringing the camera. Let me put it this way - there's so much other stuff in the garden that one of the guys who lives there didn't realise there are 6 guava trees on the property. (And he's lived there for three and a half years!)

With any luck we'll succeed in renting this one, so we'll post loads and loads of photos once we've moved in. (Fingers crossed!)
