Oh No! Southern California has been rained on. The horror... (Of *course* traffic is a mess, it's got southern Californians in it...)

update: flyingwolf, I hope this means you got out just in time... it's probably raining like f*** where you are too, but at least you should have fewer insane LA drivers to deal with!

That explains why it wasn't raining in Manchester today. The cloud must have got lost.
