Some good links for recent research

Includes some links on studies about eggs and cholesterol. [livejournal.com profile] siderea, we were discussing that a while ago.

I will check it out! (Though I am dubious, because so far, absolutely all arguments, both pro and con, wind up pointing at the same three studies, only one of which is relevant to someone under 60, and that's the massive Framingham Heart Study, which concluded "up to an egg a day is fine".)

OH LOOK: The first link! "Conclusions: Higher consumption of eggs (up to one egg per day) is not associated with increased risk of coronary heart disease or stroke. " *rolls eyes*

Call me when somebody does a study of NINE eggs a day. ETA: Hold up... No, never mind. "high dietary cholesterol challenge" turned out to be "an egg a day" in this study, too.
