progress...
Today I went out for a half-hour walk and it didn't completely exhaust me. It actually felt kind of good. (Apart from being a tad too warm in my sweatshirt and black jeans... I may never get used to living in LA.)
And this evening I actually felt well enough to get some cross stitch done!! Physically it obviously isn't that demanding; but for the past week or so, my mental coordination has been WAY too far out of whack to even consider it.

stuartc has the cold now too - he's already gone to bed. Hopefully he'll be doing better in a couple days' time...
