Best place to buy Japanese souvenirs in the Tokyo area is the shopping area outside of the Asakusa temple. Have a wonderful time!

Astonishingly, that was one of the places they herded us to on the overly-structured sightseeing day.

The shopping was awesome. I scored BIG time. (I'll post more details after Stuart's actually opened his presents.)
