Gym-a-riffic
Went to the gym, yay. 3 people in the entire gym and they were ALL hogging the good cross trainers, boo. So I did 30 minutes on the treadmill instead. That'll teach 'em.
Continued to mess about, mainly with free weights. Did some more ab stuff. Came home and ate lots of yummy low-carb things. Am contemplating an exit plan for the diet. Am tired and pleasantly sore.
Still haven't phoned up the personal trainer dude. May get around to that yet.
